All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 17h00 (GMT) or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Duties & Taxes
Orders within the EU are shipped duty-free. Orders to non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland, etc.) may be subject to import duties charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
In-Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at our store in Viseu — Rua Miguel Bombarda, 33, 3500-176 Viseu. Select this option at checkout and your order will be ready within 1 business day.
